Me especially, since my weight loss has slowed down and I still have that last 20 pounds to go. That would give me the 60 pound loss I set for a goal when this first started. Other than having trouble finding anything to wear, the biggest problem right now is that I'm s-a-g-g-i-n-g. Everywhere. "Turkey Neck" is getting better tho......and the belly fat is breaking up and getting ready to improve. I guess the last part is the worst. sigh...
Retta went to live with Teresa Fisher day before yesterday. Retta and I just do NOT blend, mesh, or mostly, we are not even on the same page. Sometimes it happens.
We'll see how it goes with Teresa. I'm also going to bring her little TFT boy "Rowdy" home to stay with me for a while and do some show training with him. Should be fun.
The Kangaroo leads have been doing pretty good so far. AND my hand is also ok for now. I've been babying it, mostly using a brace on it while I'm braiding.....so I have high hopes.
I do so LOVE doing the leads and it always makes me so proud to see a lovely show dog in the ring sporting one of the SnJ Signature Design leads. I was planning on just doing a couple to get a bit of an inventory built up. That hasn't worked out quite so well. As fast as I make them, they're shipped out. Or...... folks are asking for specific things and I make them and ship THEM out. So far, I have no inventory.
AND then, I also have agreed to donate two beaded leads to the Toy Fox Terrier National, as well as a couple (or three) Paracord leads. They need to be sent off by mid to late July, so I need to get busy designing them as well. Sigh.....
Here's a new bead group that was just "born" yesterday. It's called INTO THE DEEP. I'll get busy with it in a day or so. I'm thinking black, green and gold lace, but we'll see how that goes. There's a major shortage of Kangaroo lace right now, so I need to be a bit strategic about what I do for fun, cuz the price is really high and the supply is pretty low in a lot of the supply distributors. Can't afford to ship it all up from Australia. The shipping is a killer.
That's about it for this Saturday morning. The last of the sunshine is calling and I need to get busy and head out the front door.
