Life Sucks Sometimes, Ya Know?

Had my first post-Endoscopy visit with my Ulcer Doc yesterday.  He took me off one of the two ulcer meds, but calmly informed me that I have to have an endoscopy every 3 months for a year.  Hmmm....that peaked my curiosity and after asking the reason for the exams, he told me it was because he wanted to get a "look" to make sure "nothing else was brewing" in there.  Wouldn't say any more.  So, I don't have to go back till the end of June.  So he can have his "look".  (And I can cross my fingers)  He did tell me, too tho, that I could happily look forward to "adding a few other foods" after this "year".  Some dairy products, maybr a slice or two of bread during a week, some yellow vegies, and well.....can you tell how excited I am over this earth-shattering news.  ;(

So then....I had an appointment at the MIlitary Hospital Opthomology dept this morning up in Tacoma.....post eye surgery pressure check.  Would have easily made it and maybe went shopping up there....but.....accidentally conked one of my front teeth last evening with a stupid big soup cup that I use for rinsing after brushing.   Stupid thing to do, but it cracked my left front tooth all the way through and a few minutes later a whole chunk came out. OW.  So.....Judy was at the dentist first thing this morning up in Olympia getting this thing taken care of.  I swear I have more crowns in my mouth than there are in England's Throne Room.

So it's fixed, but feels wierd.  Now I have to be at Madigan Opthomology for my checkup on Monday.  God, it never ends, does it?

Onward and upward.  Got Jaz's Champion win pic from the show photog today.  I'm not pleased at all, but it's the only one I have, so I guess I have to be satisfied with it.  Here it is.  Not great, and he told me Jaz's feet were in the right position....which it seems they are not.  I didn't have the lead up under his jaw, and, well, I'm just not pleased.  No way around it, tho.  Like I said....life sucks sometimes.  He does look really pretty against the red jacket, I do have to say that.  And Judge Kathleen Grosso looks happy.

I'm going to shut this thing off for the night and pray for a better day tomorrow.  Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be really nice weather, so maybe a nice long walk with one of the dogs would really feel good.
I'm just very tired of the damned rain and drizzle.
~~Later....................
