Got a couple kinda cute shots of Retta outside an hour or so ago. She's unique. For a Fact. She has her own drum and no one knows how to play it but her. <lol>

Seems like Keith had better get his fanny on the mower tomorrow before this grass gets away from him. I can hear it growing.,,,"swish, swish.....", BIG lawn, takes him about 2 hours on the rider to get front, back, sides and extra portions. When it's done, tho, it's nice. EXCEPT for the left over mowed stuff that the dogs take such great delight over dragging into the house. OR....yuck....eating out side and ralphing all over the house at night. Gag me.One of the major downsides of losing weight is the inability to find anything in ANY closet that fits. Believe me. I've probably got 25 gorgeous show jackets that are going to go by the wayside. Name brands and some not....ranging in sizes from 22 on down to 16. Skirts are ok, since I can safety pin them at the back of the waist and nobody's the wiser. Blouses the same. Tuck those puppies in and go for it.
The Blazers are another thing altogether. Many of them are overlapping up to 8 inches and are just not subjects for alteration. Those that CAN be taken up....will. But most cannot. Drat. I have yellow, white, black, tan, brown, beige, red, navy, purple, lavender, pink, rose, cream, royal blue and chocolate brown suede, tweed, hounds tooth, plaid, stripes ....some are short sleeve, some long, some 3/4. Some have one button, some 2, but most are several button so they can be worn by themselves....without having to add a blouse. I've already given away most of the 2 and 3 piece suits, so things are getting trimmed down here closet by closet. The blazers are going to break my heart, tho. Gorgeous colors and they cover all seasons in style and shades. Grrr....
Listen to me whine,......... sigh. Well darnit, 2 months ago I had enough outfits to last 3 months' of shows. Now I cannot even manage a weekend and what I wore last week is too big this week. Cripes. Thank you God, my shoes will still fit. <lolol> The only high point is that it WILL settle down to one size, and then the checkbook is going to catch hell....................... trust me. Tee hee
Enough complaining......I'm gonna go listen to a couple chapers in the third (and final) audio book of The Hunger Games. By the way, just for whatever......I read AND listened to the first two books. Then I watched the movie. WHAT A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. Folks are raving about the movie, but I'm telling you.....it nearly lost the whole flavor of the books. Just my humble opinion....as usual.
Later.......
